John Tennant is a returning customer and this is the second website he has asked us to create for him. His former website was aimed at getting himself known as a member of UKIP whereas this website was designed to be his digital medium in the run up to the 2010 general elections.

This website makes full use of Joomla, an astounding CMS (Content Management System) to give John an unrestricted level of control when using his website. With it, he is able to update the website at a moments notice with great ease.

The colour scheme, purple and yellow, is that of his political party. The site is vibrant, eye catching and very user friendly.

For this website, the customer wanted a very simple, no-frills website design. The site was to be one page only and needed to consist of the immediate facts that a visitor would be looking for right there on the front page. Aside from this and a couple of graphics, the only other element needed was a button that links a visitor straight to a request form where they are able to request a Payday loan.

Later, this customer came back to us and asked us to create ten more one-page websites for him. All of them needed to be roughly the same design but with changing colour schemes and different text throughout.

Vale Clean are a carpet and upholstery cleaning company based in the Vale Of Glamorgan in Wales. They initially required a logo to be designed for the business which we did. Upon completion, they asked us to create them a website that would compliment their company and their new logo.

As is often a request, they wanted the site to be something which they could easily edit in parts if they required. This is something we're more than happy to do with the websites we make. To cater for this, we can incorporate a CMS (Content Management System) in to a website for an unparalleled level of control. Vale clean does not use a CMS but the ability to edit any images and text areas is still easily achievable for the owners.

1st Dance was a project that we were hired to work on. The customer had bought the website from someone else after it had fallen in to miss-use. They wanted to get the brand back up on its feet again and so they got in touch with us.

Our role in this website was to dig through and clean up a lot of messy code. The website wasn't very user friendly to use at all (from a back-end, administrative point of view) and the front end was a bit of a mess to.

The website is for a party company based in Glasgow, who offer their services for discos, parties and weddings around Scotland.

We got to work on it and after a hard slog, we got it fit for use again. It's easier to use for the owner at the back-end and the navigation niggles at the front end are long gone.

Hexup are a company which specialise in the chip-tuning and remapping of engine management systems. They wanted a sleek, modern looking website which would reflect their area of business.

This prompted us to do one of two things; we either wanted a very white/silver looking website or a dark site with good contrasting colours. We went with the later and we're really rather thrilled with how it turned out.

Ralph Atkinson is another member of the UK Independence Party and a colleague of John Tennant, someone we've also done a couple of websites for.

Ralph, from London, approached us in need of a website that would showcase himself as a candidate in the 2009 European Parliament elections. He had a very specific design in mind which he had already mocked up on paper. He requested that we make each page look exactly as he had designed it. Ralph also wished to have a few elements of flash animation in his site which can be seen on numerous pages.

It's not often we get customers who have their own design firmly in mind but it is something we're more than happy to cater for.

Amber's Buffet and Balloons is the company website for a party and catering business based in Scotland. They approached us initially for a logo design which can be seen on their website. They liked the look of the logo and so asked us to make them a website.

To keep with the theme of their business, the site was designed with bright, and at times, pastel-like colours to reflect an outdoor summer's day party theme.

The purpose of the website was to have an online presence for their company; a way for those who were browsing the search engines looking for local catering companies to find Amber's.

www.JohnUKIP.co.uk was the political website for John Tennant, an active member of the political party UKIP. The purpose of the website was for John to put a face to his name and to voice a "UKIPers" opinion on current political news that hit the headlines and passed below the radar.

John wanted a simple, informative website which he could easily manage and update himself regularly. The website matches the colour scheme of his political party (purple and yellow) and, importantly to John, was very simple to navigate.

The website no longer exists in this form as John stood to be elected in the Gateshead constituency in the 2010 general elections. Because the needs of his website needed to change, John asked us to do a completely new website for him as he wanted it to be completely separate from this one.
